This presentation was an advanced look at the potential usage of Twitter for representatives of Syracuse University College of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA). It covers the importance of community building, identifying the audience, building a reputation, and engaging meaningfully with students, prospective students, faculty, staff, and colleagues. It was presented as part of my semester-long IST620 – Advanced Topics in Information Innovation project to create a social media strategy plan for VPA.
